Help to Relieve and Recharge Families

The June Jessee Memorial Foundation (JJMF) is a nonprofit organization that provides relief and support to help children with complex neurological conditions and their families in the St. Louis area and beyond.

Inspired by the bravery of June Jessee, a young girl who fearlessly faced chronic, life-limiting conditions with no specific diagnosis, the JJMF is dedicated to assisting children with these complex neurological conditions and their families. While their medical conditions may vary, and no two journeys are alike, we know the challenges and concerns families facing these conditions go through, and provide resources, services, and connections to help make their lives and paths easier.

See the impact JJMF made in 2023 here.

The JJMF aids the courageous children with complex neurological conditions and their families through:

The JJMF also seeks to improve the care of children with complex neurological conditions by bringing awareness of their unique needs to pediatricians, medical residents, and other healthcare professionals, helping to advance patient care.

While parenting a child with a complex neurological condition can be incredibly rewarding, it can also be physically and emotionally draining on parents and caregivers at times. That’s why the JJMF is dedicated to providing relief for families, helping to recharge them to face the many challenges of their child’s conditions, and, most importantly, providing more time to love and care for their child with fewer worries.
