Julius’ Story

Introducing one of our very special JJMF community families – adorable Julius and his wonderful parents, Natasha and Edward! Julius loves jumping, sensory swings, playing outside, Legos and building blocks, and eating snacks. Born with optic nerve hypoplasia, he is affected by low vision, sensory processing issues and developmental delays. Julius has attended our music therapy sessions, and we love seeing his cute smile as he engages happily with the musical activities!

His parents, Natasha and Edward, joined our parent connection event at Topgolf. Natasha shared, “It has been so great getting to know other parents with kids who have complex medical issues. The love and support and community that I’ve found at JJMF is unlike any support group I’ve found. There is true care and compassion in this community.”

We’re lucky to have this incredible family as part of our community and hope to see them at many more JJMF events in the future!
