Self-Love Workbook for Women Workshop

Join us for a virtual ‘book club’ for mothers of medically complex children and bereaved mothers in our courageous community. Author Megan Logan will be on hand to lend her insight as we dive into her workbook Self-Love Workbook for Women: Release Self-Doubt, Build Self-Compassion and Embrace Who You Are.

Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m. CDT via Zoom

This session will focus on Chapter 2:4 Find Self-Compassion. Explore the chapter, reflect and make space to complete some or all of the exercises before we meet. Then come together in a safe space to support and nurture one another.

No matter where you are on your self-love journey, you’ll find support and connection in a community that understands firsthand the importance of maintaining self-care and self-compassion while caring for children with medically complex, neurological conditions.

Self-Love Workbook for Women was featured in JJMF’s Month of June Care Packages and Megan joined Genny for the JJMF webinar, Navigating Neurological Conditions. Watch, read or listen here.
