Providing relief and support to help children with devastating medically complex, neurological conditions and their families in the St. Louis area and beyond.

Here’s what we’ve been up to…

Grants in Action
Providing uncomplicated financial assistance for out-of-pocket medical needs is one of the most critical ways we support the community. Last month the JJMF helped fund intensive physical therapy for Addison through Innovative Suit Therapy & Fitness in Louisiana. This sweet girl is determined and making huge strides!

Call for Program Sponsors
Make an enormous impact on our ability to serve more children and families in the St. Louis region and beyond. Several program sponsorship opportunities at multiple levels make it easy for you or your business to support our efforts regardless of your budget. Learn more.

Bookmarked
Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe (Jackson, L., 2020) A comforting introduction to how we can all unlock our ability to ask for and receive signs from our loved ones who have passed away.

On the Blog
We sat down with Maria Carron of Midwest Music Therapy to chat about her neuro-focused training and the benefits and curriculum of music therapy interventions. Check out Maria’s interview on the JJMF blog and sign up for upcoming virtual music therapy sessions the whole family can enjoy.

Staff Spotlight
We are excited to welcome our newest team member – Becky Belanger, JJMF Programs and Development Manager. You’ll find her on the scene (on zoom!) and behind the scenes overseeing many of our different community support programs. Becky brings 8 years of experience working with a local children’s hospital foundation and has a passion for connecting with families, donors, and businesses in the community.

Community Connections
JJMF’s virtual community events are a place to connect and unplug. In March, the community gathered for Music Therapy, Yoga, and our ‘book club’, Self-Love Workbook Workshop with special guest, best-selling author Megan Logan. Join us in April for Music Therapy and Yoga On Demand.
